Design & Development Team
Our in-house design team combines formal fashion education with deep knowledge of production feasibility. When clients bring us a concept — whether a rough sketch, a reference image, or a detailed technical pack — our designers translate it into a production-ready specification that preserves the creative vision while optimizing for manufacturability and cost. We offer free design consultation for all confirmed orders.
Pattern Making & Sample Department
Precision pattern making is the foundation of a well-fitting garment. Our senior pattern makers average over 12 years of experience and are proficient in both manual drafting and CAD-based pattern software. The sample department produces pre-production samples within 7–10 business days, with unlimited revision rounds until the client is fully satisfied.
Production Supervisors
Each production line is overseen by a dedicated supervisor responsible for maintaining quality standards, managing worker performance, and ensuring timeline adherence. Our supervisors conduct in-line quality checks at every major production stage — cutting, sewing, finishing — catching defects before they compound into larger problems.
Quality Control Inspectors
Our QC team operates independently from production management, eliminating the conflict of interest that compromises quality in many factories. Inspectors are trained to international AQL standards and conduct both inline and final random inspections. Third-party inspection is also available upon client request.
Client Services Team
Your dedicated account manager is your single point of contact from inquiry to delivery. They coordinate across departments, provide proactive updates, and resolve issues before they escalate. Our client services team is available across multiple time zones, ensuring that communication delays never slow down your project.
