TTgarment operates a dedicated embroidery department equipped with high-speed multi-head embroidery machines capable of producing complex, multi-colour designs with exceptional precision and consistency.

Our embroidery service covers all standard applications including chest logos, sleeve badges, back graphics, cap embroidery, and patch production. We work with a comprehensive range of thread types — including standard polyester, rayon, metallic, and glow-in-the-dark threads — to achieve the specific aesthetic effect required by each client. Thread colour matching is performed against Pantone references, and we maintain an extensive thread library to accommodate even the most demanding colour specifications.

Technical Excellence in Digitisation

The quality of an embroidered design is determined as much by the digitisation process as by the execution. Our in-house digitisers are experienced in translating complex artwork into optimised stitch files that balance visual fidelity with production efficiency. We carefully consider stitch direction, density, underlay construction, and pull compensation to ensure that every design lies flat, registers accurately, and maintains its integrity through repeated washing and wear.

For brands requiring a particularly premium finish, we offer 3D puff embroidery, which uses a foam underlay to create a raised, dimensional effect that adds visual impact to logos and lettering. This technique is especially popular for caps, beanies, and chest badge applications in the streetwear and workwear categories.
