After-sales Service
Comprehensive after-sales support ensuring complete satisfaction long after delivery
Our Commitment Does Not End at Delivery
At TTgarment, we believe that the relationship with our clients extends well beyond the point of delivery. Our after-sales service programme is designed to provide ongoing support, address any quality concerns that arise post-delivery, and ensure that every client has the information and assistance they need to manage their inventory and plan future production effectively.
Our after-sales team is available to handle quality claims, provide replacement or repair services for defective units, and assist with any documentation requirements that arise after goods have been received. We maintain detailed production records for every order, including fabric batch numbers, production dates, and quality inspection reports, which allows us to investigate and resolve quality claims quickly and accurately.
Quality Guarantee and Claims Process
TTgarment stands behind the quality of every garment we produce. In the event that a client receives goods that do not meet the agreed quality specifications, our claims process is designed to be straightforward and responsive. Clients are asked to provide photographic documentation of any defects, along with the relevant order reference and quantity affected. Our quality team reviews all claims within 48 hours and proposes an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement production, credit note issuance, or repair services depending on the nature and extent of the issue.
Long-term Partnership Support
Beyond reactive claims management, our after-sales service includes proactive support for clients planning future production. We maintain records of all approved fabric, trim, and colour specifications, making it straightforward to reorder styles with consistent quality. Our account management team conducts regular reviews with key clients to assess performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and plan production schedules in alignment with seasonal demand forecasts.
