Screen Printing: Built for Bold, Built to Last
Our screen printing facility handles everything from simple one-color prints to complex multi-color designs with halftone gradients and specialty inks. We use high-tension aluminum frames and photopolymer emulsions to achieve crisp, clean edges on every print. Ink formulations are selected based on fabric type and end-use requirements — water-based inks for soft hand-feel on cotton, plastisol for vibrant opacity on dark fabrics, and discharge inks for a vintage, washed-out aesthetic. Every print run begins with a strike-off sample approved against the client Pantone reference before full production commences.
Embroidery: Precision Stitching at Scale
Our embroidery department operates multi-head Tajima and Barudan machines capable of producing highly detailed logos with stitch counts exceeding 50,000 per design. Digitization is performed in-house by experienced digitizers who optimize stitch direction, density, and underlay to ensure the design lies flat, resists puckering, and retains its shape after repeated washing. Pull compensation and push compensation are applied based on fabric stretch characteristics, ensuring dimensional accuracy on both woven and knit substrates.
Quality Checks at Every Step
Decoration quality is verified at three points: pre-production approval of the physical sample, mid-production inline checks for color consistency and placement accuracy, and post-decoration inspection of finished panels before they proceed to sewing. Placement tolerances are held to ±3mm, and color is verified against approved Pantone chips or physical strike-offs under standardized D65 lighting conditions.
Additional Decoration Capabilities
Beyond screen printing and embroidery, TTgarment offers heat transfer printing, sublimation printing for all-over designs on polyester fabrics, woven labels, rubber patches, and direct-to-garment (DTG) printing for short-run customization.
