At TTgarment, our logistics and delivery management system is designed to give our clients complete visibility and confidence from the moment an order is packed to the moment it arrives at their warehouse or fulfillment center.
Professional Packing and Carton Preparation
Every order is packed according to the client packing specifications — whether that means individual polybags with size stickers, folded and boxed presentations for retail, or hanging garments for direct-to-rack delivery. Cartons are packed to a consistent weight and dimension to facilitate efficient palletization and container loading. Each carton is labeled with barcode, PO number, style, color, size ratio, and destination information in compliance with the client routing guide and the destination country import labeling requirements.
Pre-Shipment Documentation
Before any shipment departs our facility, our logistics team prepares a complete documentation package including the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and any required test reports or compliance certificates. For markets with specific import requirements — such as CPSC compliance documentation for the United States or REACH declarations for the European Union — we prepare the necessary paperwork in advance to prevent customs delays.
Flexible Shipping Options
TTgarment works with a network of trusted freight forwarders and courier partners to offer flexible shipping solutions tailored to each client timeline and budget. For time-sensitive orders, we offer air freight via major carriers with door-to-door tracking. For larger volume shipments where lead time allows, sea freight via FCL or LCL provides a cost-effective solution. We also support FOB, CIF, and DDP Incoterms to accommodate different client preferences for freight responsibility and cost allocation.
Real-Time Shipment Tracking and Communication
Once a shipment is dispatched, our client services team provides the tracking number, estimated arrival date, and all relevant shipping documents within 24 hours. For sea freight shipments, we provide regular milestone updates — vessel departure, transshipment, and estimated arrival at destination port. Our commitment is that our clients are never left wondering where their order is.
