Material documentation and testing requirements are confirmed for each project according to the selected fabric, supplier, destination market and order scope. We do not treat a general statement about certification as a substitute for project-specific evidence.

How documentation is handled

1. Material selection: confirm the fabric, dye, trim and supplier used for the order.
2. Applicable evidence: identify the certificates, test reports or declarations relevant to that selected material and market requirement.
3. Document review: confirm the issuing organization, document number, date, scope and any permitted disclosure level before sharing.
4. Additional testing: where required, discuss third-party testing for the agreed material and specification.

Requesting project-specific records

Please contact our team with your fabric choice, market and compliance requirements. Where authentic records are available and permitted for disclosure, we can review the applicable documentation with you. Availability depends on the relevant material, supplier and order.

Production checks

Fabric weight, colour and appearance checks should be agreed against the approved product specification for each order. Any tolerance, test method and acceptance criterion must be confirmed in the quotation or quality plan.
